Statement of our Identity
Christ's Youth in Action is a Catholic movement of young Filipinos dedicated
to evangelizing the youth, and training leaders for the service of the
Church. We serve colleges, universities, parishes and renewal groups in the
Philippines and other parts of the Asia-Pacific region. We do so in
collaboration with other "Partners in Mission," among whom are:

Our Motto
"Kay Kristo, Buong Buhay, Habambuhay"
"We love, because he first
loved us." (1 John 4:19) If God did not first love us, we would not know
how to love Him. Hence, our love for Christ is simply a response to His
overwhelming goodness to us, as expressed in His coming to earth and
redeeming us.
We want to give Christ our
whole lives. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and
with all your soul, and with all your mind." (Matthew 22:37) This great
commandment requires us to offer everything, all that we are, to Him who is
our all.
Finally, we want to follow
Christ for the rest of our lives. Our being disciples is a lifelong
task. "I will praise the Lord as long as I live." (Psalm 146:2) Like St.
Paul, we want to be able to say, "I have fought the good fight, I have
finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7)
