Contacts in adjoining Provinces. 2 points
Contacts in next removed Provinces and so on, up another point the further you go east or west. North West Territories. Labrador 3 points
USA & DX countries can "adopt" nearest Canadian province as "home", ie;
NY - Ont.,
Wash. - BC
UK - NFLD
Mass. - Que.,
JA - B.C.

Examples;
Ontario to Que. or Man. 2 points
Ontario to NB or Sask. 3 points
Ontario to PEI or Alberta 4 points
Ontario to NS or BC 5 points
Ontario to NFLD. Or Yukon 6 points
Ontario To Yellowknife 4(Alta) + 1 = 5 points
B.C. to Nfld. Or reverse 10 points

Bonus points apply both ways, both stations.
PORTABLES, MOBILES, ISLANDS MARINE MOBILES AIR/BIKE & other mobiles
PORTABLE stations outside CANADA to be considered as Home Base.
PORTABLE stations inside CANADA to count as New Province.
1ST QSO to each prov./terr.., ( not compulsory )
QSO with RAC, RAQI,CLARA or ARRL members (ask each QSO)
QSO with a member of any radio club,
QSO with CPA winners, Bronze, Silver, or Gold (ask)
QSO with VE/VAs in other languages, both ways

Total of 100 points for Bronze, 200 points for the Silver and 300 + points for Gold category.
Family Category: An extra award given free to husband-wife or other family combinations such as father- son, mother-daughter, in-laws, etc., who have already earned the award.
Any Band.
Any Mode.
No QSL's.
Stations may be worked ONLY ONCE per mode, per band.
Net CHECK-IN'S ACCEPTABLE. Contacts received as Net Controller are acceptable.
SWL's ACCEPTABLE.
Commencement Date January 1, 2000.
