Happened on your site tracing my Osborne Brummett line.To my surprise I found a connection between my husbands and my families. The John M. Miller who married Martha Gambrell is my husbands Great grandparents. John M. Miller died in 1929 of cancer. My husbands grandmother was his daughter Dora Miller. Believe Martha Grambrell first married Mckenny instead of he being #2. Interested in additional info if possible.

Great Website. My first time searching ancestry. Your sight seems to take me back to Felix Grundy Gilbert, relative of William Wallace (according to the Website). I am the first son of Mitchell Gilbert Jr.; Mitchell Gilbert is my Grandfather. Most of the names seemed like legends (including "Doc" Gilbert) when mentioned in stories in my childhood. Thanks.

Interesting. Directed to this site by Dave Humfleet. Upon review I am thinking that there was at least two sets of Humfleets. One set was in the London area and the other in the Barbourville area. Whether they are related or not is a question that will probably conjure up a story of a family feud. My grandfather was Walter Humfleet (m: Loula Benge) and his father was Billy Smith (m: Sarah Smith). My father is Elbert Eugene Humfleet. Thanks for the information and I will keep searching. I've been researching my Tuttle lineage and came across your web site. Just wanted to compliment you on how well done it is. My line of Tuttles (Joseph J. Tuttle)came into Oklahoma around 1882 and claimed land in the September 22, 1891 Land Rush near Stroud, Oklahoma. Unfortunately, records pre 1900 in the Territory are scarce. Keep up the good work.
