Cultural Interpretative Centre

With the development of Sen'klip's Six Mile office, Museum and Traditional Summer Encampment, Sen'klip Theatre brings the past to life in a format that attracts both tourists, educators, and the local Native Population. Displays researched with the assistance of local Native Elders give perspective to a lifestyle that has all but disappeared over the last century. From traditional foods and herbal medicines, to the distinctive tule-mat tipis of the Interior Salish people, a Sen'klip tour is an educational experience for young and old. See theatre members at work making costumes, working on cultural displays, tour the archival materials inside the main building and browse through the outdoor encampment.
